Can I change profiles after I sign up?


Sure, and it's really easy.  Send us your request from the feedback page in the customer area and we'll switch your profile.

Which profile should I choose?


If you're wavering between the Entrepreneur, Executive, Marketing Director and/or Aspiring profile, we recommend choosing the Marketing Director option. 

What types of payment do you accept? 


We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.  If you need a detailed invoice or have problems during the checkout process, please call us at (800) 220-2412.

I'd like to set up accounts for my team/co-workers.


Great -- choose one of the team edition products above and you'll be able to add users to your main account. You'll be able to share projects, goals, tasks, files and much more.  It's like your own online workspace for your team to drive revenue for your business.

Once you've signed up, log in and click the "My Account" link in the top nav bar -- you'll go to a page where you can add/administer your team members.

Is it easy to cancel?


Of course.  To end your subscription, just go to the "My Account" page in the secure customer area.
